Privacy notice
This notice covers kestrel10.com. PostShuttle has its own notice, published on postshuttle.com.
Who is responsible

What this site collects
Nothing. There is no form, no sign-up and no account on this site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels and loads no third-party fonts or scripts — fonts are served from this domain.
If you contact us
The email address on the contact page reaches us directly. If you write, we hold whatever you choose to tell us — typically your name, your email address, and the substance of your enquiry.
We use it solely to read and reply. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to someone who has deliberately got in touch about our work. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick up a thread that resumes. After that they are deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Who else is involved
- Cloudflare hosts this site. It logs connection data, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. That happens for every visitor, whether or not you contact us.
- Our email provider carries and stores what you send us, in the ordinary way.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email privacy@kestrel10.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
